All orders placed through us are subject to the following policies.

Refund policy

You are guaranteed to receive the traffic you specify, we deliver!

In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the campaign package, even if 'we' the service provider have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We closely monitor incoming web traffic, if any matter relating to your server's downtime and of the above mentioned is to occur, we can and do put campaigns on hold until errors are corrected at no cost to you. Once errors are fixed campaigns will continue as normal.
If we are unable to deliver traffic ordered the decision is to issue a refund of your entire purchase price, without question and as soon as practicable. This is in relation to our own failure to deliver for any reason and website related material and breach of website requirements.

In the unlikely event that 'we' the service provider can not complete the traffic delivery ordered, we will provide a refund of your purchase on a pro-rata basis. We will work out the number of visitors received vs the number of visitors undelivered. However, business protocol is to ensure your traffic quota is exceeded to avoid such claims.

In cases where refunds are claimed we reserve the right to further investigate and approve or decline your request. In the event that the promoted site becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure, the customer will not hold us or our partners responsible for these errors.
All and any traffic delivered to the customer's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded. The campaign is put on hold until your site is fully operational.
In the event that any of the above errors occur including any errors not listed but clearly intended, the customer may submit support request for the campaign to be placed on hold if we have not all ready. It is up to the customer to advise us immediately of server errors, enabling us to act as soon as possible. Upon resolution of the problem the held campaign will continue. Any traffic previously sent will not be credited or refunded unless otherwise stated to the customer.
